Circulating ultrasonic cleaner
1. The wide frequency sweep circuit is adopted. With the change of liquid temperature, the ultrasonic frequency will sweep back and forth in the range of ± 1kHz around the center frequency. According to the frequency of power grid, it will reciprocate 50 times per second, which can drive the cleaning fluid and cavitation bubble to form fine reflux, completely eliminate the cleaning blind area caused by standing wave field, and at the same time, each energy converter will reach the best resonance state.
2. It adopts high-power module control, with strong output power, and greatly improves the safety performance of the electric control cabinet generator, effectively protecting the normal operation of the transducer; at the same time, it has built-in soft start system, with the ultrasonic power from weak to strong, reducing the strong impact of the current on the transducer during start-up, and extending the service life of the transducer.
3. The high-frequency ultrasonic transducer can not only clean the gap, but also not damage the surface of the workpiece. It has the characteristics of high impact intensity, fast cleaning speed, high ultrasonic density and good penetration;
4. Over voltage, over temperature and over current protection lines are designed, which are safe and reliable.
5. Add pneumatic seal cover to prevent heat emission or solvent volatilization during operation
6. The timing switch is configured, and the cleaning time can be set by itself
